"I tried this recipe as a way to use up zucchini and try to sneak in some extra veggies for the kids. I peeled the zucchini and put it through my Kitchen Aid grinder instead of grating, so the texture was very similar to the crushed pineapple. The finished jelly had the consistency of marmalade & the whole family really likes it. I will definitely ..."

"Very easy and yummy, I'll definitely be making this again next year. I used homemade applesauce made from Wolf River apples, which are pretty tart, so used the full amount of sugar called for. I also put the spices in right away at the beginning of cooking. Makes 5-6 pints, depending on how thick you cook it down."

"I've made this recipe a few times now and it turned out great every times. I made just a few adjustments - exchanged a can of sliced water chestnuts, coarsely chopped for the cucumber and omitted the hard boiled egg. The seasoned salt really makes the dressing, although I cut back a bit since 2t. is pretty salty. I also always use Hellman's mayo w..."

"I have made this salad for Thanksgiving dinner for the past two years and everyone loves it. The flavors blend so well together and compliment turkey very nicely. Fresh lemon juice is very important- usually it takes 4 lemons -and don't add the dressing until right before serving or it gets too soggy. Thanks Ivy!"

"These are SO good and so easy! I used the Andes Peppermint chips instead of the chocolate/mint type and they are YUMMY! A nice addition to any holiday cookie tray - I will definitely add these to my keeper file. Thanks!"

"Made this syrup this morning to go with Ellen Brody's pancake recipe and it was a hit. I added about a teaspoon each of butter and vanilla and it was excellent. FYI this does have a thinner consistency, more like that of real maple syrup. Thanks, Chuck! It's a keeper!"

"Outstanding! I made these for the family this morning and everyone loved them. I tripled the recipe for our family of 5(had some extra to freeze for those busy school mornings. The only alteration I did was to reduce the amount of baking powder from 9 teaspoons for triple batch to a scant 8 teaspoons and they were still nice and light. They baked..."
