    "Great! For a water bath....I just filled a casserole dish with water and put it on the rack below my cheesecake. I didn't put the cheesecake in it. It's done and I have no cracks!

    "These turned out great! I used all purpose gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill, added 2 tsp pf xanthum gum, some vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon, used honey greek yogurt and only 1/4 cup of sugar. Did everything else the same...They turned out great! Perfect! :::"

    "This was really good! The only change I made was add cornmeal and some seasonings to the flour mixture. Had to use rice flour because my husband is allergic to gluten.     "This is a really good recipe for being gluten free. I did have to substitute the flax seed meal for almond meal just because I didn't have flax seed at the time but as you see from my photo it looks just like regular bread and toasts the same also. Worth a try! :"
