"These turned out great! I used all purpose gluten free flour (Bob's Red Mill, added 2 tsp pf xanthum gum, some vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon, used honey greek yogurt and only 1/4 cup of sugar. Did everything else the same...They turned out great! Perfect! :::"

"This was really good! The only change I made was add cornmeal and some seasonings to the flour mixture. Had to use rice flour because my husband is allergic to gluten. But we thought it was great! "This is a really good recipe for being gluten free. I did have to substitute the flax seed meal for almond meal just because I didn't have flax seed at the time but as you see from my photo it looks just like regular bread and toasts the same also. Worth a try! :"
