    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

Currently I am employed by General Motors Power Train in Massena NY. However I will be making a move to another job in the near future as GM has annouced the impending closure of our casting operations. I don't have any one particular favorite when it comes to cookbooks , I do however like old cookbooks that have unusual recipes in them , sometimes you have to figure out ingredients and measurements to cook them today , it kind of a fun challenge to substitute some things or improve and update a recipe.

    Favorite Foods

I like many different foods no one food stands out in my mind. I like to try new and different food. I love to cook fun stuff that is easy to make but enjoyable, I have 3 children so stuff has to be palitable for them as well as myself.
I do like all kinds of seafood from baked and broiled to sushi. I enjoy sushi alot.
I don't know if I could say that I have one all time favorite restaurant I like to keep my options open.
