    Favorite Foods

Mexican, Thai, Italian, and everything that is tasty and made with love!!
I love cooking for my friends, although, sometimes can get pretty overwhelming. My favorite dish to cook is "Chicken in a Poblano Sauce," that I got from an evaporated milk can, and have edited to fit my style!! At home, we also love "Mole Chicken Enchiladas," a hit with my husband.
