"Second time making this, I doubled the spices and found it more suiting to my tastes, and boy was it delicious! Will definitely be adding to my personal collection of recipes for sure."

"I made this without the bacon as a quick sauce for my afternoon pasta snack and I will admit that it was okay however I felt that the mushroom was a tad overpowering for my tastes."

"Since my last review I have made this recipe a few more times and I think I've perfected it (to my liking of course. I doubled the sauce mixture and don't use the bok choy on personal preference. The combo of the garlic/ginger/chilli/lime is truly refreshing and a great take on the flavours of Asia. Added to my recipe book!"

"We use this recipe EVERY time we make pizza and it works EVERY time. It does take a bit of time with all the kneading and rolling, but in the end you wind up with a great go-to pizza base recipe which is not overly doughy and thick, but thin, crispy and perfect for adding as many toppings as you wish. Delish."

"I really thoroughly enjoyed this dish. Of course, I made some changes: I omitted the chicken (I'm a vegetarian and instead used tofu. I also didn't bother with all the food processing, so just fried the onions/garlic/ginger/chilli and then added the ingredients for the sauce and just simmered with the tofu while waiting for the rice to cook. I fo..."

"This was good but not as could as it could have been, due to me forgetting about it in the oven and it turning out a bit overcooked...oops! It was still quite moist and I loved the taste of the berries with chocolate, but next time I make it (and there WILL be a next time I will add more berries and keep a super watchful eye on it in the oven so ..."

"Absolutely delicious! Being just out of blackberry season I had to resort to frozen raspberries, but the taste was so AMAZING! The base was firm and tasty, the berry layer was sweet and full of fruity goodness and the crumb-style topping sealed the deal. I will definitely be making in the future because everyone loved it."

"It was pretty average tasting. The sauce took a long time to thicken up and once I served it, it was lacking spice and taste in general. All I could taste was the coconut milk! Maybe next time I would use less coconut milk and more spices, however I really liked the idea of the garlic/ginger and chilli."

"I originally loved the idea of these balls, however I must have done something wrong because I found the mixture to be WAY too wet to even contemplate rolling into balls and I didn't want to add more powdered sugar as it was sweet enough already. I also couldn't really taste the orange at all. Maybe this recipe was just not meant for me."

"What a deliciously authentic tasting recipe! I used tofu sausages as I am a vegetarian but it still tasted great. I have tried curried sausage packet mix where you just add it to the sausages and pop it in the oven but this recipe beats any overprocessed packet mix! You could really taste the individual flavours of the dish such as the curry powde..."
