"The flavor was good, but WAAAYY too salty. After seeing the 2 tablespoons of Kosher salt...I was like "huh?" So, I only added one and was nervous about that....oh my god...I drank 2 bottles of water with dinner just washing down the salt from the chicken. Next time, I will skip the salt altogether and maybe add some cumin."

"This was very good and quite pretty, but I did make some changes. I only used 1/4 t of salt. While I cooked the chicken, I put oregano, rosemary and parsley in the wine to soak. I used unsalted butter and put pepper on the chicken before browning. I thought it came out delicious. I served it over brown rice with a side of asparagus. Oh and I..."

"I wanted a basic meatloaf recipe for dinner tonight as I was feeling lazy. After defrosting the meat (I used ground chicken, I realized that I didn't have any eggs. BOO! So, I googled and it said mayonnaise can be used as a substitution. So, I used 1/2 cup of mayonnaise in place of the eggs, but did everything else as directed apart from addin..."

"I still have this on the stove, but I just tasted it and it's pretty yummy. I did add minced onion, red pepper flakes, garlic and some parsley. I used ground chicken because I had already defrosted it and green split peas instead of yellow and brown rice instead of barley, because that's all I had. It's very hearty, like a chili almost."

"This turned out really delicious. I only changed a couple things. I didn't have saffron threads, so I used turmeric (same amt. and about 1/8 tsp of Sazon, a dash of oregano, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1/8 of Spanish Paprika. Also I didn't have chorizo, so I used Polish kielbasa. I chopped green pepper and sauteed it instead of red pepper, but ..."

"I used this recipe as a guide. I multiplied the veggies, by...not sure how much. I added green onions, I didn't dice my white onions, but rather 8th them and left them large. I didn't use any sweetener..as I'm not sure what that would have added. I didn't have tomatoes, so I just added a can of crushed tomatoes. I used the cumin, and also add..."

"I love this rice, but it is a bit bland so I add 1 tablespoon of Sofrito, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and a little cumin. I can't believe that no one has rated this yet. I have been making this for a couple of years now, it was about time I rated it."
