"Good recipe, very easy and tasty. Only change I made was to use navy beans instead of kidney beans and I added some left over roast turkey."

"I just made this and I have to say it is simple, but it works. Nice fluffy pancakes that cook quickly.Only think I did differently was to add 1/4 more cup of milk (1 cup total because the batter was extremely thick and I like a little runnier batter to pour. Otherwise a great recipe! Thank you!"

"I just made these for breakfast and they are so delicious. Very light and airy, not too sweet and with a good flavour. Thank you so much for the easy and delectable recipe"

"I just made this and it is SOOOO good! Perfect balance of tart and sweet. I've tried other lemon curd recipes and this is the easiest by far. Try the microwave version. It's done in less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely be making this again! Thank you so much!"
