    "Unlike many of the cranks posting on Aarti's recipes, I actually made this dish (even though I was sceptical. The only ingredient I left out was the cilantro (because I forgot to add it at the end. While this wasn't my favorite of Aarti's dishes, it was very tasty. I served it with rice.     "Really enjoyed these. Had no trouble with rising, maybe because I beat the batter for about 3 minutes after combining all. Only problem was with the icing -- the next day it had run off the cupcakes and lay in a puddle on the plate. (P.S. I added a dash of salt to the icing to help cut the sweetness."
