"Tastes just like in the restaurant and very calorie-wise! I used way more tofu and also through in a big handful of torn up spinach leaves along with the nori for some extra "green power"!"

"I loved this new breakfast idea! however I halved the recipe, ate one portion and still it was almost too much!!
I used plain yogurt mixed with brown sugar & honey
I love that you can experiment with this recipe - adding spices to the oatmeal mixture will give it a different taste"

"this is phenomenal!it does take a long time to make but well worth the effort - I use crimini mushrooms instead of white - I think portobello mushrooms would be great as wellThe teriyaki gives it that saltiness it needs and reducing it in the broth gives an amazing sauce that is definitely more lo-cal than a cream sauce - I skipped the milk po..."

"I found the sauce to be very watery and greasy from the ribs, I think too much vinegar as well - I spooned as much of the grease off as possible then I added plum sauce and ketchup, more brown sugar and some orange juice then boiled it on the stove for about 30 minutes to thicken it up"
