"I was very excitted to see a recipe for Italien style Stewed Tomatoes! And the aroma was nice, I did add more garlic and Basil as a personal preference, however I was a little bit dissapointed with the overall appereance and consistancy of the tomatoes verses the vegetables. I like more tomatoes with it so next time I think I will double the tomat..."

"We loved this recipe but did a few small changes; we added more curry and left out the yogurt and mint mix ( personal tasteAs well as the spinach. I had a patato spinach broth to go with this meal and thought it would be too much...Ecellent recipe though, a little mild for a curry lover but wonderful flavor! Thanks for the post!"
