"This is really, really good. It's easy to make, and it's pretty healthy. I used hot sausage, and I'm glad I did. I wish the broth was more chicken-y. I'd add a bullion cube the next time, or use all chicken broth and no water. It's still delicious and I'd make it again, yum!"

I like to eat! I moved to Mexico City for work, which has been great, but it's a challenge to find all of the stuff I like to eat, so I've turned to cooking more of my own foods- and it's FUN! And TASTY! And not that hard! Even the cats get into the act- I've caught them slurping up unguarded leftovers, much to the dismay of SO, who would rather eat them himself! I use Zaar as a jumping off point, modifying recipes to make them healthier and compatible with the ingredients I have available.
Anything not moving or nailed down.
I tend towards Mexican-inspired dishes (when my Mexican roommates rave, I know I've got a good one), Italian and salads, but I'm branching off into Asian-inspired fare, and even thinking about trying to bake something!
