    Welcome to my taste of Texas by way of Louisiana, Arkansas and a whole lot of other places including foreign countries.
    My name is Sher and I am 58, married and collect recipe books and recipes. My cooking has been known to bribe family members and best friends a like.
    I love to eat, love to cook and LOVE to share. I started out by baking treats to send to Viet Nam during the war. That was over 40 years ago and I still bake treats as often as I can.
    So, I'll stop jaw'in and let ya'll go and browse my world of food and foolishness.

    Favorite Foods

    CoolI pretty much will try anything once. I have to limit some things now like anything that is spicey. However, I have to have TexMex, Italian and Chinese food often. Since I am disabled I don't go out as often as I would like, so I cook a lot at home. Always looking for a new recipe or a different way of preparing an old recipe.
