However, I DO think it is worth mentioning to some of the other reviewers that the EFAs in flax seeds are very fragile and don't stand up to heat, so you aren't getting the Omega 3 if you're baking or sauteing the flax seeds. You do get the fiber though and you're nixing the cholestero..."
