    About Me

10 years Bed & Breakfast owner-operator; Certified Food Safety Manager, professional Career Counselor; Alton Brown fan.

    Favorite Foods

I'm very fortunate in that I like almost all foods, and enjoy cooking, so my interests are varied. I enjoy adding an attractive visual appeal to each delicious dish I prepare. My current favorite comfort entree is the Shrimp Dipping Broth, which has a nice visual appeal and tastes fabulous. My favorite little touch that can be used in so many ways is the parmesan crisp.
