    Reviewed Raisin Cinnamon Scones
    Handle
     |  By Frank Troy

"Just baked this one, what a nice change from heavier scone recipes I've tried, very light and tasty and yes, if you are baking in a convention oven - WATCH THEM! Mine took about 11 minutes. I didn't have vanilla yoghurt so used 4 small multi fruit flavoured ones and all spice versus cinnamon because I was lazy to grind fresh. I didn't use a muf..."

"I baked up this recipe a few weeks ago, its great. Only, I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup using Splenda granulated. Blueberries add a nice sweetness on their own and with a sprinkle of the topping on each muffin, they were more than sweet enough."

"okay, I think this recipe is a great base for bran muffins - let's admit it, bran alone is just plain boring! The combination of carrot and coconut is a great idea but to reduce the sugar I revamped this recipe slightly. I use 1 shredded apple, a pink lady apple is nice an sweet, I use sweetened coconut and don't add the 1/4 cup sugar, it doesn'..."

"okay rewriting my review after it somehow got lost...this is indeed the BEST salsa I have ever tasted and made. It has a fresh crunchiness that I love about salsa and I fool many a guest that it is canned. I have been using this recipe for 5 years and have changed it up a bit adding hot and sweet banana peppers, a few chilis, a few cayenne p..."
