    "Very good muffins. I followed the recipe exactly using applesauce instead of oil. They wouldn't win a beauty contest- they rose up and the tops became flat like mushrooms- but they taste great! A very nice and easy recipe."

    "These are tasty. I used freeze-dried strawberries that I reconstituted in water first. I'm not entirely sure if the amount of berries the recipes calls for are whole or chopped, but I only had about a cup of reconstituted chopped berries and it worked. As many did I used applesauce for oil. They rose well and turned out great."

    "Good muffins and very healthy! I made them with applesauce and they came out very well. My only two complaints are that they stuck to the muffin papers very badly and that they dried out very easily."
