    "This dip is excellent! And SO EASY! I served it with a sliced and toasted baguette sprinkled with garlic powder and tortilla chips. It just disappeared! I will definately double the recipe next time!Be sure to chill it as that gives it a firmer consistency."

    "Excellent! I also added a small amount of extra virgin olive oil (about 1/8 to 1/4 cup and a little balsamic vinegar (start with 1 tablespoon. I like the flavor and consistency. But start with just a little, you can always add more! Everyone said it was even better the next day."
