Reviewed Lady and Sons' Chicken in Wine Sauce

"My family loves this recipe, and I love that it's quick and easy to put together. I use low sodium soup and unsalted butter and it's not overly salty at all. I've even added some very thinly sliced ham under the cheese and it tastes very similar to chicken cordon bleu. I also add some extra dressing to the pan for an easy side dish. Very yummy!

    Reviewed French Onion Dip

"I made this for my son's birthday party and people were going nuts over it! I tasted it right after it was made and it tasted like the stuff out of the packet. I even considered adding some spices and onions, but I'm glad I didn't. After refrigerating overnight, it had an amazing flavor. It definitely had a little zip that the store bought doesn't have. I gave it 4 stars because I did make a couple of changes based on the reviews. I added a bit of balsamic vinegar and subbed 1 cup of Greek yogurt for 1 cup of the sour cream. Very tasty!

    Reviewed Dragon's Breath Chili

"I'm not usually a big fan of chili, but I loved this! I reduced the amount of peppers and chili powder, but it was still too hot for some people. They mixed in a little Greek yogurt to cut the heat and it still tasted great. I didn't make the fries but the chili was perfect on its own, though I'm sure it makes for some awesome chili fries!

Reviewed Chicken Milanese with Tomato and Fennel Sauce

"I've made this several times and it's pretty good, though I do make some changes because I found it to be a little bland. We don't care for fennel and it's hard to find around here anyway, so I just omit it. I season the chicken with S&P and a little granulated garlic and use Parmesan and herb flavored panko crumbs to give the chicken some flavor. I add a little finely diced sweet onion, extra garlic and seasoned tomatoes to the sauce to amp it up a bit. I've also used fat free cream cheese in place of the mascarpone and couldn't tell much of a difference.
