I love to cook, and have since I was very young! I will start cooking school in the next couple months and am very excited about that. I just moved home from Germany so I learned alot about food and was accepted to attend an apprentiship in a large, nationwide, hotel chain (Maritim hotels). Unfortunately the laguage difference kept me from signing a contract to start. After that I decided to move back home to my roots, to become a chef. I hope someday I will own my very own restraunt - hope you enjoy some of my silly recipes Ive posted from a couple years ago. Still staples in my family and mines weekly diet, I enjoy making all of these recipes and hope you do to. I try to keep my recipes easy but not all of them are, but assure the work will pay off! Thanks for visiting!
