"yum! This is so simple, yet so good! I used fresh garlic like many other reviewers suggested. I also used panko breadcrumbs instead of regular and seasoned the breadcrumbs with s&p and light italian seasoning. I also had trouble with browning, but I just broiled it for a few minutes and it was fine. I served it with roasted potatoes. Thanks again ..."
