"Wonderful, but heavy! next time I will trim more fat off of the ribs. We didn't have fresh ginger so I used ground ginger seasoning. The sauce is SUPERB!"

"AWESOME! I added a little red wine vinegar to the sauce, and used gorgonzola cheese. DELICIOUS, we'll never make filet on a grill ever again :o"

The best part, to me, was the spinach, except the spinach under the fish didn't cook in the cream sauce so that part was very bland."
