"I guess July 4th was Nurse Di day in our home. To compliment the steak kabobs we bar-b-qued I made these mushroom skewers, her potato salad and her rainbow pasta salad. The mushroom skewers were gone before I could even serve the meal, the only reason I had potato salad and rainbow pasta salad left was because I doubled the recipes so we would ha..."

" LOVE eggplant but I never make any eggplant dishes because my family does not care for it. It was recently my birthday, and feeling somewhat entitled, I decided that for dinner I was going to make what I wanted. So I made this recipe, [I had been eyeing it for a long time but did not want to go through all the work just for me]. I am so glad I di..."

"This was great. I doubled the recipe because I like really big muffins and I am always afraid we will starve on Passover [I don't know why because the opposite always occurs]. Anyway, I used frozen dark cherries and I must say these were wonderful!!! I brought them to work to share with the other members of the tribe, as well as non-members, and t..."

"Not that this needs yet another rave review but since it was so fabulous, easy and refreshing, I had to add my two cents. I first made this at home for a weekend bar-b-que, then another batch for work, and again for my in-laws when we visited them out of state for the July 4th. THIS WAS A FAVORITE EVERYWHERE WITH EVERYONE!!! Thank you Nurse Di!!!!..."

"This was really really good and a great change from the typical desserts I usually like [chocolate, chocolate, chocolate...]. I had intended to prepare this during the Passover holiday, but never got around to it. This was delicious served either warm or cold, a bit of whipped cream with a dairy meal added an extra special touch. Thanks Caryn for ..."

"OH MY G-D, this was soooooo good. I'm trying to get rid of my rice, pasta, flour etc. before Passover, and of course, I always have a couple of cans of tuna in the pantry, so this recipe was a logical choice. Wow was it great!!! I added some cherry tomatoes and served it on lettuce leaves. Thanks so much for a new favorite!!!!"

"I made this for a potluck retirement breakfast function and must say that it was a real hit with everyone. Passed the recipe around to others who in turn made it for other retirement functions later that week. Several people were a bit fearful because they had never made a "kugel" before, but after some late night cooking counseling sessions all w..."
