"Great for when you are in a inch or a quick way to use up some apples like I needed to do. A bit watery for my taste though and I think it needed another 10 minutes but that could just be my oven. Tasty though...my husband said it was like someone put apples on a cinnamon wheel :"

"These were great, really hit the spot with some peach iced tea. The only thing different I used was Jewish dill rye bread instead of the traditional white. I have always liked cream cheese on rye and a little dill with my cucumbers so I found the bread to be a nice unique compliment to the filling. Great recipe and I will be having this again s..."

"I had to tweak this recipe a bit since I had no cream of tartar. Instead I used 2 teaspoons of white vinegar. I also had to set my oven at 260 degrees. I added a teaspoon of vanilla and I didn't have any large eggs so I used 3 small ones. They took between 5 -10 minutes longer to bake, but when I tasted them I was in Heaven. And they did stay..."
