"I got this from my bread machine's recipe book with a few additions of my own to make a really wonderful bread that is a perfect compliment to your favorite Italian mean.

*NOTE...If you do not have bread flour use any type of flour you like by adding 1 teaspoon of wheat germ to every cup of flour you use."

    Reviewed Cucumber Mint Tea Sandwiches

"These were great, really hit the spot with some peach iced tea. The only thing different I used was Jewish dill rye bread instead of the traditional white. I have always liked cream cheese on rye and a little dill with my cucumbers so I found the bread to be a nice unique compliment to the filling. Great recipe and I will be having this again so..."

    Shared Recipe Grilled Placerville Sandwiches

"Great eat for lunch or dinner especially if you got leftover chicken from a bbq. For the best flavor grill the chicken breasts on the BBQ with nothing but a bit of garlic salt.
The combination of flavors is sure to make this meal a favorite."

    Shared Recipe Applesauce Pudding

"This is a recipe I came up with when trying to get my son to eat more fiber. He hated the store bought brands of applesauce and who could blame him. We like this served hot with a little butter and is a great addition to oatmeal, cream of wheat or spooned over vanilla ice cream.

*Use whatever variety of apple that is your favorite.*"

    About Me

I enjoy cooking a lot. As well as entertaining and organizing pot lucks for events and get togethers. I like to try new recipes especially those of other cultures. On top of that I like to draw/paint and read. I am a movie fan and love animals.

Cooking with plastic or aluminum is a major no no in my home where our motto is "A balanced diet is a cookie in each hand".
