"I have made this recipe twice and it is absolutely delicious! My kids who don't like macaroni and cheese asked for seconds. I did add a teaspoon of dry mustard to the flour mix before cooking and then sprinkled with cheddar on top before baking and it is amazing. Thanks for posting this is the only recipe I will be using from now on."

"I made this yesterday for a candle party I was hosting, and the guests raved! The entire trifle bowl was eaten right up, everybody thought it was delicious, including myself. It tastes exactly like a light cheesecake not to sweet not to tart, it was perfect. I will definitely be making this one again. Thanks for posting."

I had a little left but found i needed more of it just to fill the bottom of my pan. Mine set ok was kinda messy and very dry on the bottom I wasn't sure if it was done so I might have over cooked it. It was still a hit and got ea..."

"I made this yesterday to go along with my baking for a candle party I was hosting. at first my guests were a little hesitant about trying it, but one they started they all kept sneaking back in to the kitchen to sneak some onto a racker. I will be adding this to our menu for my annual Christmas party, thanks for sharing."

"Made this yesterday for a candle party I was having and the guests couldn't stop raving about it. I will agree that the lemon frosting is nice against the sweetness of the bar, and it was very pretty on the platter. I am going to add this one to my holiday baking list. Thanks for posting."

"OK what can I say except FANTASTIC!! I made this for a dinner party I went to last night, I picked it cause, out of the 4 of us there, one doesn't like cheesecake, one hates fruit except raspberries and lemon, and I don't like chocolate, so I made yours. It was so good, the hostess wanted the recipe, not to sweet, very rich though, not for those..."

"I made this for our annual Christmas party and they were a hit. Evereybody thought I had bought them at the store they looked so nice. I did alter it to my tastes; I only used 3 packages of cream cheese and ended up using about 2 cups of crab meat and 1 cup of baby shrimp. They were so delicious, I had to cave in and give the recipe away. Thank..."

"I made these this evening cause I had absurd amounts of butter in my freezer. I also wanted to try something other than my own shortbread,, these are now a new favorite and next year for sure will be added to my baking tray. I find that alot of whipped shortbread recipes you need a cookie press which I don't own, bhtese were easy to maek and abs..."

"Yummy! If I could give this more stars I would. I love that this is the perfect summer cake, not to sweet and not to heavy, plus all the flavors of summer. I did change a few things; I used vanilla pudding instead of banana, as that is all I had on hand, I also added about half a cup of coconut to the frosting, as you suggested and it turned out..."
