I love food. A LOT! I love eating it just as much as I enjoy making it. I'm not a picky eater by any means, and I will try just about anything (and probably like it). I am a full time grad student studying pharmacology. I love playing tennis, reading, and trying out inventive new recipes in the kitchen. I really enjoy cooking for those I love.. I like taking their old favorites and giving it a new spin.
I would love a show on food network...so if anyone knows how I can go about doing that, please let me know! lol
Ohhh, I love everything, especially SUSHI. Some of the things I find myself making frequently are: Lebanese grape leaves, hummus, baba ghanouj, chili, chicken--prepared a million different ways, spinach salads with homemade dressings and exotic cheeses, thin-crust pizzas, and brownies :)
I'm famous for my Lebanese dishes. I use authentic ingredients, and my grandma's old recipes and tweek them to my tastes. That basically just means I add a ridiculous amount of garlic lol.
