"Really a great recipe with stuff right on hand. Will definitely do it again! Like someone else, I used garlic instead of the garlic salt.. and I doubled the sauce because I had 7 -8 chops, but wished i had 4x it like Chef Steveo did! I also used a bit of cornstarch at the end...and did it all stovetop as well. YUM YUM it IS! Fantastic recipe Brad!"

"You were right, the gravy is to die for, however as someone else said the roast was not as tender using your memaws cooking method. I agree in that it would be 5 stars in the crock pot! I made it that way today and it was perfect"

"Absolutely wonderful brownies! I was looking for a recipe with some cherries I had on hand for a gift. I doubled this recipe and made 2, one for home and one for the gift and so glad I did! The sauce was great too and I put it some of it in a small jar for the gift. My kids gobbled them up, and I broke my diet...lol Glad to know its from Shape mag..."

"Thanks for the great marinade. I have used it a couple of times already, and it has made the ribs so tender and juicy, falls off the bones! I did not need the oil either, I would just take it out of your terrific recipe."

"I was looking for a classic cucumber recipe and I found it. The only thing I changed was I let the cucumbers set awhile in the fridge with a bit of salt before I squeezed out the juices. Then I added the other ingredients. Perfect. There were no leftovers! Thanks"
