    "No, I won't be using this recipe. I followed it exactly and the cookies flattened out. Even when I practically froze them. I am wondering if the flour ratio could be off. The way I scoop my flour into the cup and measure could be it. But scooping into the cup is how it should be done. Sorry, tasty, yes, like your picture, no."

    "I can't believe I made a cookie THIS good! What a fantastic recipe. I was unsure of cornstarch too at first, but after reading the reviews, couldn't wait to try it. I used hazelnuts. I'm going to fill them with a little orange marmalade and see how they taste. I'm KEEPING this. And when anyone asks my secret, I'll just tell them .."love" Tee hee he..."

    I live in suburban Detroit and work for a very busy and ever-growing local hospital. I love being able to go online at the end of the day when I'm thinking about what to make for dinner. Then I'm able to pick up anything I don't have on the way home.

    My favorite dish to cook is anything that puts a smile on the person eating it. I worked in a deli and bakery for 11 years, so I can pretty much cook anything--and in HUGE amounts.
