My favorite restaurant is a place in Anchorage Alaska (we forgot the name), that my husband and I stumbled upon on our honeymoon, in an alley at 11:00 at night (it was still light out); we were told presidents had eaten there. We had the best meal of our lives. The main entree was a huge steak with peppercorns inserted into the meat. To this day I salivate just thinking about it.
Our other favorite place is the Kula Lodge, on the slopes of Haleakala on Maui. We found this place on our tenth anniversary and I would have to say it was the most romantic meal of my life.
