Reviewed Italian Pepper and Egg Sandwich
"Instead of green or red peppers ... and, since I like SPICY! ... I used fresh banana peppers. Not quite as hot as jalapenos, but a good bit of "bite". Also added some grated cheese, and served on buttered rye toast for the bread.
