New Topic Appetizer recipe? in Recipe Requests - General

"Hi folks, my mom is looking for a recipe that she had at a potluck this weekend. The neighbor who brought it. Said it was her grandmother's recipe. It was 3 slices of stacked white bread with mayo or butter spread very thin between the slices, crusts removed, rolled in Parmesan, and then baked.

Has anyone heard of anything similar to this?"
