I'm just a stay-at-home-mom who loves to cook. Nothing special.

"This was pretty good, if a bit bland. I gave it four stars only because the sauce was a bit runny. Maybe it's the recipe, maybe it was operator error. I will be serving the leftovers with fried eggs, and will be making the recipe again, maybe with some chopped jalape?o peppers or something."

"Oh, my goodness! This is an awesome recipe. After pulling it out of the oven & asking who wanted some, my hubby was the first to respond, with two eager children close behind. This will be put on the menu as a weekend favorite"

Hmmm..about me. Well, I'm a stay-at-home-mom, have been since 2002. I love to cook and have for years. I love to sew, do various crafts including crosstitch, crochet, painting woodsie items and other stuff with the kids. I also play the piano; and have since the age of 5.
My passions are my family and my music. I couldn't live without either and both can make me smile or cry. My pet peeves include people who can't use the English language properly and shoes left in the middle of the walkway in my house. Anyone who spends time in my house knows that the first time it happens will be handled with a warning. The second time might earn you a shoe thrown at your head.
Hmmm...the ideas given to fill this part out include "What inspires you to cook?" Well, for starters, my grandmother cooked. A lot. From scratch. She died when I was 13, but I'll never forget spending time with her in the kitchen. So, I guess you could say my grandmother is my inspiration. Along with just the joy of creating something that people enjoy.
My favorite foods. Hmmm... Ask any of my friends or close acquaintances and they'll tell you: "Angie's favorite food is anything well prepared. Except avocado." What am I famous for. Depends on who you ask. I have a reputation for my brownies, though. My favorite restaurant? My nearest Chick-Fil-A. I like their food, love their sweet tea and enjoy the ability to let my kids loose in the play area and know they are in a safe and clean environment.
