"5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. This is actually an altered version of another recipe that I make. It's fast, easy, and tastes good."

Reviewed Onion Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes

"Thanks Tara! I used garlic powder, black pepper, and dried minced onion instead of the packet. I didn't want uncontrolled sodium, msg, soy, or other unnecessary chemicals. I used coconut oil, and Romano cheese since that is made from sheeps milk, which is less processed than cows milk. Turned out great!"

    About Me

I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling, Christian mother and wife. So obviously time with family and playing with the kids is high on th elist of priorities for me. I eat a vegan diet, about 65% raw. I love music, especially worship music. I also like classical. I love to cook, bake, prepare, and eat food! Making new dishes is my entertainment. I thoroughly enjoy reading, mostly non-fiction with topics such as parenting, homeschooling, or health. Oh magazines are a favorite too. Exercise is important to me. I prefer walking outside, and doing pilates in my living room. I do some mild weight/strength building as well. For destressing and release I blog online and journal (actually with paper and pen). I also enjoy watching The Renegade Health Show on You Tube. That's pretty much me :)

    Favorite Foods

Oh wow just one- oh good, there's an S. Well, if I ever decide to eat a non vegan meal, it would be pizza, good old fashioned NY cheese pizza! As for what I actually eat these days I crave, devour, and relish an amazing kale salad. That usually consists of purple kale, diced red onion, avocado, cucumber, hemp seed or pine nuts, diced tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt. As for dessert I since I can't eat chocolate anymore I've really been attratced to coconut, anything coconut.
