"This was wonderful! And so easy.My only suggestion is to make sure the blueberries stay at least a 1/4 inch away from the edge, or they side falls apart a bit when you unmold it."

"This is EXACTLY what I wanted. I made it 2 times this weekend. The first was as written, and it was wonderful. I suggest using the smallest springform you can.The 2nd one I did, I added a small can of pumpkin pie filling, 1/2 teaspoon of baking spice, and 3/4 cup of pecans to the crust. I am getting rave reviews at work!"

"This was WONDERFUL. This recipes was my husbands first attempt at cooking solo and he did very well. The sauce needs just a bit of salt, but other than that, the meat was very tender and juicy. The sauce is great over potatoes, as well."
