    "This was very delicious, although very sweet and rich. I prefer using fresh peaches, not canned, Yellow and not white. I am going to try using Amaretto instead of the sherry next time. I also used 1/2 c. of rasberry preserves, seedless. I think the almonds are NOT optional. Toast blanched almonds in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes- it makes t..."

    "These were good, and I got compliments on them, but I cooked for 45 minutes then cooled overnight. When I cut into them, they were still doughy in the middle. I put back in oven for another 10 minutes, and they were still doughy! I wound up cutting them into squares and putting them on a cookie sheet for another 10 minutes. Then they were done."
