    Reviewed Tilapia Ceviche
     |  By Linda S # 2

"I love ceviche, but have not found a really good recipe that tastes like it does in Mexico. THIS ONE IS PERFECT. The only thing I changed is I used a jalepeno because I don't like things too spicy.

I love the show, love Marcela and love her cooking

    Reviewed Asparagus and Cheddar Quiche
     |  By Linda S # 2

"Excellent quiche. I always make the recipe exactly as stated the first time and experiment a bit the next. The only thing I would change the next time is the salt. I used the whole tablespoon but it was FAR too much. Next time I would to 1 teas. I loved that the asparagus remained a bit crundhy.

It also took 50 min to bake not 35. Will ab ..."

"this was great; taste, ease to make. Of course I added some leftover bacon grease. This is in my "favorites". Great job Guy....keep it up"

    Reviewed Roasted Shrimp and Orzo
     |  By Linda S # 2

"This was SO good. The freshness of the lemon, the dill and the cukes added color and crunch. I only had 1 lb of shrimp, that's the only change I made. It makes a lot! Made it 2 days later for the office...10 of 12 wanted the recipe. You just can't go wrong with her recipes. Keep em coming."

    Reviewed Pasta Bolognese
     |  By Linda S # 2

"I couldn't wait to see the show, we all love great food and finding the way the restaurants can help...had to try it. OUTSTANDING. I followed exactly the recipe and did keep tasting. I found in the past my error was in adding too much water and getting the "boiled meat" taste.

Can't wait to see the show!"

    Reviewed Red Bean Beach Salad
     |  By Linda S # 2

"SO glad to see a new face and I love her recipes. I made Beach salad today, the only ? I had is when I watched on TV, directions weren't the same on FoodTV. On TV it was worsteshire sauce 1 T, recipe here says 1 teas. The pickles on TV sure looked like dill, not sweet. Anyway, made the recipe using 1 T worst. 2 teas sugar and dill pickles and i ..."

    Reviewed Snowball Potatoes
     |  By Linda S # 2

"These were VERY good along side a prime rib, nice change. Since we like salt, felt even though water was salted, it needed more. I used Colobiano columbia white cheese. It was really good and melted perfectly.

I'm looking forward to more columbian recipes

    Reviewed Swiss Steak
     |  By Linda S # 2

"Watched this on TV an it reminded me of some of Mom's cooking. It was really good, only thing I changed was instead of a can of water, I used a can of red wine. I didn't do in the crock pot, I just put on top of the stove on very low for 2 hrs...perfect."
