Shared Recipe GF, Dairy Fee, Egg Free Cornbread

"I use Hodgson Mill cornmeal because it has a slightly larger grain and works well for this recipe. It is also non gmo! I based this recipe on the recipe on the back of the bag. Using a non old fashioned grain will make the final result a little more dense. The garbanzo bean flour helps it stick together without using an egg."

Reviewed Fresh Tomato and Spinach Pasta

"I did not rate this as I used it as a starter recipe...I tweeked it with spices a lot. I wilted the spinach first and set it aside. I used a mini food processor to chop up the tomatoes. To the sauce I added: fennel, basil, oregano, thyme, baking soda (to remove some acidity) and a little bit of sugar - not much, just enough to take the sourness ou..."

    Reviewed Fluffy Eggless Pancakes

"Wonderful! I used the whole wheat flour option and exchanged the veggie oil for a heaping tbsp of apple sauce. To boost the "healthy factor" I added a tbsp of wheat germ & a handful of chopped strawberries to the batter. My 16 mo old daughter loved them topped with peanut butter, and I topped mine with peanut butter and real maple syrup. Thanks..."
