He's a vegan so instead of an egg I used a tablespoon of applesauce and cut in a peeled persimmon. They cooked faster than the peanut butter cookies but they were fant..."

"Fantastic & Very forgiving. I made 3 batches. I spilled 1/2 the liquid out of one of them and it tastes just as good as the others. I made one batch using feta cheese and it was AMAZING. Another batch was made completely vegan using sundried tomatoes as suggested by one of the reviewers and that too is superb. This is a MAJOR winner. I will ..."

It was quick easy and provided a really nice exotic touch...."

"I've made this twice and I enjoy it but really needed to modify it to get the right cornmeal consistancy. I added 7 cups of white flour and 2 1/2 cups of corn meal. The flavor is great and I will be making this again."

"I made this for a dinner party and doubled the recipe. I froze the leftover dough. This tasted great, looked great, and is far far better than anything I can get in a pizzaria. Thank you for sharing we really enjoyed it!"

"This recipe is OUTSTANDING! I modified it only slightly as I was trying for cream of potato. I cut the celery down to 1 cup of chopped celery and added 1 diced potato. I also added 1 TBS celery seed. I will definitely be making this recipe frequently. I really loved it. Thank you for sharing!"
