"I couldn't find Newburg sauce mix, so I used alfredo sauce mix.
It was an excellent pasta, colorful and satisfying. I'm not familiar with the Olive Garden version, so I can't say how close it is to theirs. But on its own, this is a really nice one-dish dinner that I will definitely make again."

"This was just incredible. 5 of us ate the whole pot (which could have comfortably served 8. It was thick and smooth, lots of flavor without being too spicy.I opted for 1 cup of masa instead of the tortillas. I didn't notice until it was too late, but I had "instant" masa. It worked well, and I didn't have to simmer for 20 minutes to wait ..."

"Simply delicious. I used Louisiana brand Cajun seasoning and left out the salt; that turned out to be a good decision as the Cajun seasoning had plenty of salt on its own.This is an easy, delicious recipe."
