    About Me

Love to cook and enjoy new recipes, and so does my family. I have tried alot from here and I must say better than the food network! Sunday dinner brings my family back home! My favorite thing to cook is New Years Eve's Prime rib and I finally got the au jus down to the best resturants...took a little trying but finally did it! We never have to go out for prime rib again! This year I am buying USDA prime beef online, can't wait to see the difference. My favorite resturant is the Chowder Pot, Branford CT. I have been going there for 30 years and never had a bad meal yet, we vacation there and only go once or twice a week so I have only been there about 50 or 60 times, but always good. From seafood to steaks to chicken parm, something for everyone!

    Favorite Foods

Chocolate, Meat, NY strip steaks, Prime rib, short ribs, beef in general, Any seafood, mostly shellfish, Italian, Comfy, rustic, rich foods. I love the old favorites but are trying to make a little healthier.I like all foods.
