"I have been making quiches for my family for 10 years, and my husband said this one was the best he'd ever eaten. I fried 4 strips of bacon, then removed them from the fat and sauteed chopped onions and mushrooms until the onions were transparent. "My husband said this meatloaf was "the best he ever had". I was out of tomato soup, so I substituted a 6 oz can of tomato paste + 2/3 can of water for it, it worked out wonderfully. The meatloaf sandwiches from this are so good, too! Thank you."

"My son (7 years old) liked it so much he kept eating it right out of the pan for dessert! This is totally easy. I poured off some of the juices at the end to cook spinach in, everything was super. We'll do this again, for sure."

"Our family liked this one a lot, and I liked how simple it was to prepare. Even my kids, who don't like "sauces" liked the flavor of this dish. Next time, I'll add carrots to the mixture. This one only takes a short time to prepare, was ready very fast. "
