    About Me

    I love to cook.  PTA and Girl Scout mom.  Looking to incorporate some of my cooking skills into the things I do.  Love being around people.  I'm a office manager and part-time student.  For fun, I spend time with my family and friends.  My mom inspires me.  She was a great cook and I would like to be able to be as good as her one day. 

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite dish to cook is lasagna.

    There a two dishes I am famous for: chocolate dipped strawberries and pasta salad.  My pasta salad can be considered a main dish.  It has a lot of layers of flavor and texture.  My family can't get enough of it.  They ask for the recipe.  However, it is gaurded.  I don't share it with anyone.

    My favorite restaurant is Jarro's in Byram, MS.  The food is always excellent.
