Hey! I'm a Junior Geology Major who hates the dining hall food. Therefore I make my own when I can to avoid it! My mother and I spend most of the time that I am home cooking and working on new recipes. I've been slowly compiling easy dorm room recipes and hope to get them up soon! I love to bake, but I have yet to venture into creating my own bread recipes... so I will just continue to lurk on others for the moment. I promise to pass along the better ones!
My Mom's cooking... Enough said.

"Japanese rice balls for the dorm room life style. Not for a low sodium diet. I made these one night at about 2 in the morning, and I had only these things on hand. Turned out good enough to share! I hope others make variations and share them back with me!"
