    About Me

I live in Aurora, CO, a suburb of Denver. I have 3 children, ages 4, 7 and 16. I work from my home part time, and home school my middle child.

I love any cookbook that has great, unique recipes that I can make with what I usually have stocked in my pantry. I hate cookbooks that have recipes for something like "Tacos" (brown ground beef and cut up lettuce tomato and cheese) I want to make something different for my family besides the old "stand-by's"

    Favorite Foods

I love to cook italian food. My family loves my Shrimp Scampi and my Fettecine Alfredo

I want to learn to cook more mexican favorites!
