"This was good and very simple. I thought the taste was a little flat and needed something. After adding a squeeze of lemon, some extra wine, salt, garlic and pepper it was very good. I think it is a decent and easy basic recipe to use and then add on your own twist to make it special."

"I made this to go along with Tortellini Michaelangelo, which is recipe #303050. I substituted fat free half and half for the heavy cream and it came out perfectly.....with much lower fat and calories. I couldn't tell the difference. I also used 2 cloves of fresh garlic for the garlic powder. Very easy and tasty."

"This was my first year making a turkey in an electric roaster and it was the best turkey we have ever had. I had a 21 lb. turkey and I stuffed it. It was done perfectly in exactly 4 hours and a 30 minute rest time. The juciest breast meat I have ever tasted."

"We found this a bit bland. I hate to add soy, ginger, salt and a touch of brown sugar to give it the right flavor. A good base recipe. I would make it again, but add those modifications."

"I have been making this recipe for 10 years.....I also got it from a friend who saw Calling All Cooks. I give it 4 stars because the amount of salt called for is WAY too much. If you make it as is, it will be unpalateable. Cut ALL the salty ingredients in half and it will still be well seasoned. If you do that, this will be a TEN star recipe. ..."

"We all loved these! The flavor was amazing and they were not as heavy and gloppy as many other asian noodle recipes out there. I served them with Lettuce Wraps and it was perfect! Delicious!!!!!!"
