"I loved the flavour of this recipe, but agree with Dana. That must be a typo with the water, I suggest just covering the ingredients with water, and letting it cook all day. I made it for a large family gathering and they all loved it. I used scotch instead of tequila, as we didn't have any, and of course a beer. I think that's a great ingredient ..."
