"The recipe in itself was good, not great. Some of the kale got overdone & bitter, some was still squishy, the pieces really cooked down to nothing. A couple things I changed to make my next batch better:

"The sauce is five stars: easy, totally not authentic, but still really tasty. I've made it just as directed, and a healthier version using olive oil & light sour cream. Can't tell the difference.

"These are interesting...hubs is on a low carb kick, so I figured I'd try them. There basically meringues. I think they could use some flavor, maybe either garlic powder or more artificial sweetener, depending on sweet or savory preference. Hubby enjoyed being able to eat a sandwich."
