     |  By Jenny Frenny

"The cheesy rice is good, but the chicken gets dried out. I would make the cheesy rice again but top it with grilled chicken instead of cooking the chicken in the rice. Thanks for posting."

"The fish did stay very crispy and the texture of the coating was very good. The problem is the Old Bay. I like Old Bay, but in this recipe it was overpowering. I would more than half the amount of Old Bay next time. (Follow-up: I made it with less Old Bay and it was just bland. This recipe is just missing something."

"This is just plain good. I am not a fan of a lot of Rachel Ray's recipes, but I really enjoy this one. These make huge burgers, I can get 5-6 out of this recipe. I use a tzatziki sauce as the topping."

"This was okay. It is your typical strawberry pie heavy on the strawberry jello flavor. That would have made it 3 stars. The addition of the cream cheese and powdered sugar spread on the crust was great. I use that concept with other fruit pies. That is why I gave it four stars. I added the cream cheese "frosting" to the Icebox Strawberry Pie..."

"This was excellent. No strawberry jello artificial tasting pie here. It just simply tasted like real strawberries. I followed the directions as written. It did take longer to reduce the frozen strawberries to 2 cups but I kept pouring them into a 2 cup Pyrex to measure until it was at exactly two cups. The pie set up perfectly. I topped it w..."

"This is really good. We used it for quesadillas, baked burritos, etc. There is a nice balance of flavor. I used chicken stock instead of the water the chicken was boiled in as the re-hydrator. Very good. A definite keeper. Thanks for posting."

"This is a decent recipe. It is slightly sweet and has a nice subtle flavor. This is excellent paired with Thai dishes (thus coconut Thai rice. The Jasmine rice with the coconut milk is a really nice fragrance. Make sure to really soften the onions. I would add a little more ginger, maybe 2 tsp or 1 tbsp. Overall, this was a nice side dish a..."
