"Great recipe. This has become a regular meal around our house. I don't eat broccoli in any other dish except this one. We always eat the whole thing up."

"I make this with soy mozzarella and soy parmesan cheeses, no eggs (so there is no cholesterol. My husband and I couldn't taste the difference between this dish and when I made it the week before with all real cheeses."

"I followed this recipe to the letter, okay almost, I used canned corn instead of frozen. I was surprised at how good it was. I found it quite filling as well. I would recommend this recipe to friends, and I will make it again soon for my family."
