I'm always into old fashioned ethnic cusine. I enjoy that slow cooked taste and a sense of history that doesn't come from Burger King of The Old Country Buffet. Sure I still go there for a quick bite, but I don't make it a habit.
I am the wine guy at the historic Deluca's Market in Boston. I specialize in food and wine parings and am an unabashed beer snob.
I like to cook asian and mediterranian food with a healthy dose of Askenazi Jewish cuisine.
I mainly stick towards Askenazi cuisine as my own ethnicity, with stents into asian cuisine. I also like pizza done right, Italian/New York Style. With a thin crust, and simple ingredents.
